Every month we will categorize all business related income and expense transactions and issue you a monthly financial statement consisting of a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss Statement. These reports will help you understand your business past to make decisions on your business future. They are required in order to do any tax planning or to fund your business with mid-year loans. Unlimited email and text support is also included.
Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expense items for the month is not included in the monthly price packages above. However, additional services are available as an add-on to your basic bookkeeping package. Available add-on's include: Accrual Basis Accounting, Cleanup work, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Costing or Class Tracking, and Payroll.
Prior to the onboarding process, we'll communicate with you to determine how we can best handle all your bookkeeping needs. If this includes any of our additional services, we'll include them in our Engagement Letter along with your Basic Package information. The signing of this Engagement Letter will act as our Terms of Service and will start the onboarding process.
Brianne and Lindsey are both QuickBooks Certified Pro-Advisors. You can rest assured that you are working with the highest standards as we also belong to a large network of financial professionals. If there is a question we have not seen before, we have a lot of resources in our back pocket to find an answer for you fast.

Ideally, our bookkeeping team will need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete your monthly financials. Many banks allow for accountant (read-only) access to bank accounts. This access helps us to keep our fees affordable and our efficiency high.
We pride ourselves in being very responsive to our clients important inquiries. We strive to respond within 24 hours (except over weekends and holidays). If we are very busy, we will respond to let you know we've received your email and will address it timely.
Due to the flexible nature of bookkeeping work, we work various hours of the day and night. However, we use standard Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST work hours to address emails and phone calls.
Yes. Our team must use QuickBooks Online in order to handle the bookkeeping at the price list above. Acceptable versions of QuickBooks Online include Essentials, Plus, or Advanced. Simple Start or QuickBooks Self Employed are not. If you have a current subscription, you are ahead of the game. No need to get another subscription. If you do not currently have a subscription, we ask that you set up one of the acceptable versions mentioned above. If you have any questions during your QBO setup, we're available to help and are able to offer 30% off for the first 12 months to our new clients. This is the best discount you can get with QuickBooks Online. We highly recommend signing up for the Essentials or Plus versions to start.
Nope! No contract is required. We will send an Engagement Letter during the Onboarding Process that will outline our services offered, which will be on a month-to-month basis. However, there are no partial month refunds.
Yes, an Engagement Letter is required which will outline our Terms of Service and will be provided for signature during the onboarding process. The Engagement Letter will also outline all your Basic Bookkeeping services as well as any add-on service we discuss. The add-on services can be changed any time on the same month-to-month basis as the Basic Package, with no partial month refunds for these charges either.
